• This program applies only to blinds, shades, and window coverings purchased directly from UC Blinds.
• Proof of purchase (such as a sales invoice, receipt, or record on file) is required to redeem the offer.
• The program is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original purchaser.

2. Definition of “Lifetime”

• “Lifetime” refers to the usable life of the product, as determined by UC Blinds based on manufacturer guidelines and product condition.
• The offer remains valid as long as the blinds or shades remain structurally sound and suitable for cleaning using UC Blinds' ultrasonic process.
• Products that are severely damaged, brittle, or unsafe to clean may be excluded from the program at UC Blinds' discretion.

3. Cleaning Discount

• Eligible products receive an ongoing discount off UC Blinds' standard cleaning rates for the lifetime of the blinds.
• Discount amounts may vary based on product type, condition, and cleaning requirements and are subject to change without notice.
• The discount applies only to cleaning services performed by UC Blinds and cannot be combined with other promotions.

4. Pickup, Cleaning & Reinstallation

• UC Blinds provides complete service, including:
  • Professional removal of blinds or shades from your windows
  • Transport to and from our cleaning facility
  • Reinstallation after cleaning
• You are not responsible for taking down, packaging, or reinstalling your blinds.
• All work is performed by trained UC Blinds technicians following our specialized ultrasonic cleaning process — the same method we use for all professional cleanings.
• Our process is gentle and precise, ideal for delicate materials such as cellular and honeycomb shades that most cleaning methods can't safely restore.

5. Cleaning Process & Limitations

• Ultrasonic cleaning is highly effective in removing dust, pollen, allergens, and debris, but results may vary depending on product age and condition.
• UC Blinds does not guarantee removal of permanent stains, discoloration, or UV damage.
• Before cleaning, technicians inspect each product to ensure it is structurally sound and safe for ultrasonic cleaning.

6. Exclusions

The Limited Lifetime Cleaning Discount does not apply to:

• Blinds or shades not purchased from UC Blinds
• Products that have been altered, repaired, or modified by another company
• Motorized blinds or components with electrical or mechanical damage
• Products with severe smoke, mold, or water damage
• Any product UC Blinds determines unsafe for handling or cleaning

7. Service Modifications and Termination

• UC Blinds reserves the right to adjust pricing or modify this program at any time.
• Changes will not affect existing purchases already registered under the program.
• UC Blinds may discontinue the offer for specific products if parts, cleaning solutions, or manufacturer guidelines change.

8. Limitation of Liability

• UC Blinds' liability is limited to the cost of cleaning or replacement value of the affected product, at UC Blinds' discretion.
• UC Blinds is not responsible for incidental damages, including loss of use or temporary inconvenience during cleaning and reinstallation.
